The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the company’s executive assistant by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, sorting and handling of company mail, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and booking travel and scheduling meetings for a subset of executives.

Environment & Physical Demand:
This role has an anticipated working schedule of 32 hours per week.
This is largely a sedentary role. However, building access is limited to two sets of stairs. Some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
