Objective: The Marketing Associate position focuses on the deployment and maintenance of our communications schedule and the platforms used in the execution of our communications. This individual will also operate as the first point of contact for inbound creative requests.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with marketing departmental stakeholders, including sales and distribution, product marketing, brand marketing, graphic design, content strategists, and videography, in the creative development process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional tactics, to increase brand awareness and drive conversions, including email, digital content, SMS, etc.
  • Coordinate and deploy agent communication through corporate platforms, email, and SMS campaigns.
  • Maintain outbound communication calendar and schedule, including email campaigns, newsletters, and distribution list maintenance.
  • Operate as the point of contact for internal stakeholders to understand goals/needs and recommend campaigns and optimizations.
  • Manage weekly and monthly communication metrics.
  • Operate as the first point of contact for incoming marketing requests through email and support desk functions, providing a high level of customer service and quick resolution, and distributor of finalized marketing assets.
  • Maintain streamlined 2-way communication with external stakeholders and escalate to appropriate parties.
  • Provide insightful and tangible optimization strategies that are based on program metrics and industry trends.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, as assigned.
  • Utilize copywriting skills to craft messaging with strong calls to action, aligned with the intended audience.
  • Develop and maintain marketing process guides and tools, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure adoption.
  • Identify communication needs and efficiencies, recommending process improvements.
  • Provide marketing support for events across various distribution channels.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • –or- Combination of experience and education
  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through with cross-functional internal teams and external organizations.
  • Understanding of methods, principles, and practices of marketing, advertising, and branding. Experience in content management systems (Wordpress), event management systems (CVENT), and email and marketing automation platforms is a plus (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Twilio). Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with remote working availability. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
